By your initial use of the software you agree to the following:

This license of use does not allow you to distribute, copy, reproduce, or resell any, or part of any or all of the files in the Race Manager installation or package. The violation of this license agreement will terminate your agreement with LanSharks at which time you must destroy any copies you may have and erase the files from your hard drive. This is copyrighted material and as such it is protected by the governing copyright laws.
The License to use the Race Manager software program is a single computer license.
YOU MAY:

Make one copy of the CD or electronic distribution media for yourself for backup purposes.
YOU MAY NOT:

Install this program on more than one computer without the express permission from LanSharks unless you purchase an additional license.
Sell or lend the program to any other person, copy the program or any part of the program for commercial or non-commercial distribution EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN THE LICENSE AGREEMENT.
DISASSEMBLE, DECOMPILE OR CHANGE THE PROGRAM IN ANY WAY.
LIMITED WARRANTY

LanSharks warrants that the software distributed is free of any defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days. LanSharks will replace any damaged software at no extra cost, provided you return the software along with proof of payment within 90 days of purchase.

THIS SOFTWARE IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT SHALL LANSHARKS OR ANY PERSON ASSOCIATED WITH LANSHARKS BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PROBLEMS TO THE HARDWARE, SOFTWARE, LOSS OF DATA, OR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL LOSSES THAT MAY ARISE FROM THE USE OF THIS PROGRAM.
